Was a subject for a new study in the lab today. They were testing out a new heart rate monitor. So they had me wear the HR monitor and also hooked me up to an ECG. Then they took my resting and standing HR and then put me on a stationary bike. The resistance was then increased on set intervals until I reached failure. So far I have the lab record for highest resistance reached which means highest VO2 Max so far. I will probably find out my VO2 Max in a few days after they analyze the results.
