Did an all out mile to see what I could do right now. I was hoping to break 5 minutes, but since I haven't been doing much training at all I guess Im happy with coming close.

After I finished I started to cool down a minute later. But my chest really start to hurt and I started coughing a lot so I had to sit down for a few minutes and eat some snow since there was an absence of water. It was really odd cause I have never felt that before.
