(injured)

Was doing some downhill mountain biking on Mt. Snow and got a nice puncture wound in my lower right abdomen, right above my hip. So unfortunately I wont be doing much until that heals up. The fastest I can travel is a slow hobble, and I am incapable of climbing into my bed without any pain.

The stitches come out in 7 to 10 days, and Im supposed to run the half marathon in 14 days. So we will see how I will be feeling then, but for now I have eliminated my time goal of 1:30.00 and now I just want to finish it. That is if I can run by then.

Yoga 1:00:00 [3]

Decided to try out some Yoga at one of UConn's Body Wise classes. It felt great. Im going to do it again next week.

Felt great to finally get a good run in this semester. My groin was a little tight throughout the run, but overall it was good. Also, I decided to not do Club Swim this semester. I am very busy is other things and it is just not that high on my priority list.
