Running 44:38 [3] 6.0 mi (7:26 / mi)
shoes: 1223 (Red and Blue)

Was going to go 9 but only managed to go 6 on the morning run. Legs felt very sore and that made the run very easy.

Running 29:57 [3] 4.0 mi (7:29 / mi)
shoes: NB 903

Another very easy run after work. Today is all out recovery of shorter runs. I need to recover before some hard workouts in cc this year.

Running 1:07:47 [3] 10.0 mi (6:47 / mi)
shoes: NB 903

Rode my bike 5-6 miles to Denfeld just because I want to run on new terrain. Ran across the Bong bridge and ran over in Superior neighborhoods before returning back to Denfeld. Legs felt wonderful and I did 2 sets of 3x100 jog/stride on the track with the Denfeld football team cheering for me haha it was great. Rode the bike back to my house and riding the bike is a great way of warming up and cooling down for me it's actually helping my recovery a lot which is a bonus.

Running 2:00:07 [3] 16.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
shoes: 1223 (Yellow)

Very easy longer run this week with Jeremy and Chris around West Duluth. Legs were sore and again a nice slower run was needed in order for proper recovery. Actually felt better after the run than before, first time in a long while after a longer run!

Running 1:00:00 [3] 8.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
shoes: 1223 (Red and Blue)

My watch stopped right around half-way through my run, though it was a good thing because I wanted today's run to be easy. I did a loop on the Munger/Becks that I know is around 8 miles and I did a little extra at the end just to make sure. Legs were defenitely sore for some odd reason. Good day to just go easy.

Running 1:20:00 [3] 11.0 mi (7:16 / mi)
shoes: 1223 (Yellow)

Ran with Gary, his nephew, Chris, and Jeremy on a larger loop starting at Gary's new house that went through MP and back on the Waterfront. Felt good, legs were great and I went with Chris for the last couple of miles at just under 7 pace because I didn't want him to get in front of me. It really loosened up the legs a lot and that felt wonderful.

Running 30:07 [3] 4.0 mi (7:32 / mi)
shoes: NB 903

Very easy run out and back on the Munger/Waterfront.

Running 1:45:26 [3] 15.5 mi (6:48 / mi)
shoes: 1223 (Red and Blue)

Ran on the Munger out and back with my mom who carried gels and drinks for me on the bike. It's amazing how much better I feel on runs where i'm fueling every so often. My mom was a blessing today, though she's a blessing everyday to me! Splits I recorded were 7:17, 7:10, 7:23, 7:05, 7:13, 7:18, 7:07, 6:51, 6:42, 6:58, 6:46, and 6:45. The slower start was wonderful after yesterday's race and I felt outstanding at the end of the longer run today. Awesome.
