trunce, started off fast but failed epicly to keep the pace the last mile and got a major stitch so ended up 30secs off my pb which is a bit rubbish

good run around and about on bleaklow, not sure who far it was. it was a good run although i felt shattered up the hills, recon its from hills last night but nvm PIzza for T.

run to work, legs was tired but was fine, walked home from work cos i was on the phone to mum cos it was mothers day

5mins after work and whiel i was on pool kept stretching my legs cos the pool was pretty much empty and had nout else to do
