Hamstrings felt tight this morning so giving them a rest as this is the first good week of training for ages so glad ive got back into it now.

Ran to work and back, ran up the big hill from hillsborough to crookesmoor on way back. legs felt tired up the hill as id been swimming for an hour before hand

lifeguard training, about 30mins proper swimming with towing people and races and then 30mins chilling and treading water etc.

Just a ShUOC kick about ready for captains, was good not played for ages

Pyramid session using the 3 corners of the field, 2 sets going up to 4 corners and back down again, 20secs rest on the 1 and 2 corners and 30secs rest on the 3 and 4 corner reps. was a good long session

Had a good session running 12 times up blake street and 1 warm up rep before. went for a short jog after to chill out.

good session, getting better at doing the exercises properly, had a quick sprint bak to liz's house
