was going to run from hope to edale but got off the train in the wrong place so hathersage to hope. was going to go to edale but was pushing it for time as we had to get back. was a nice run in the snow.
about 45 mins to get there and back with the warm up.
15/20mins hare and hound session, 10 times with 20 secs rest, then a quick relay round the snow balls
was ok, felt very slow in the snow and had no power in my legs to push through, expected though from not doing hard training for a bit.
no circuits so couldent do anything as i was busy for the rest of the day and had too much stuff on me to go for a run. had a nice walk in the snow though
