layiidi biila, agal ngambala alig indan. Given how much Ibuprofen I'm on for wrist tendonitis, the fact that I could feel it at all is not a good sign.

Memorial Park PIM group, 3 miles + warmup. Ankle is feeling awful, and r knee has a huge bump on it. Bizarre. But quite a nice run, didn't feel like I was pushing it at all and ankle was ok while I was actually running, mostly. Knee didn't hurt at all so who knows ...
Started off faster, then slowed down to run with s.one. Good thing probably.
