| A few 5-10 min mistakes here (sort of medium-sized mistakes, which took a while to correct, plus falling over a few times (hard on right wrist once). The map was a bit sketchier in a few places than yesterday too, I think. |

| A fun course and a considerably better run than any orienteering I've done in the last year. The aim was to concntrate and nagivate cleanly, and that was largely done. A minor error or two but nothing that cost more than about 15 seconds. Didn't feel full of beans for the first part but got better throughout the course. |
