Note

Had a proper day off, since my last "day off" consisted of swimming and climbing (and I'm intending to spend slightly longer swimming on this Friday, through means of going indoors). Spent a bit of time on the foam roller and hockey ball trying to sort out my calves. Not sure if it worked, if anything left calf seemed to tighten up even more
