(7mins, 2min, 2mins) x2, with 2 minutes recovery between each effort. Short round town loop. Small group so very spread out, found it difficult to maintain concentration on the longer loops as had no-one in front of me.

Over to the leisure centre, warm up. Got dropped on the warm up again - frustrating, especially when I'm not the slowest person in the session, but I don't really want to work hard to keep up during the warm up and knacker myself before the session!
