Long morning run with Zoe and Sheelagh. Higher-level lake route guided by Zoe - Walla, Ashness, Watendlath, Rosthwaite, Catbells and home. Really nice route (if a little slippy today with how wet it has been) and thoroughly enjoyable morning out. Makes the new no-group-exercise restrictions even more annoying, though at least we can still run with one other person out of the household I guess.

Note

Annoyingly, a fall I had early on in the run where I bent my foot back at a weird angle seems to have resulted in a swollen ankle and increasing soreness as the day has gone on. Icing and limping ahoy
