Hiked up and down to Esk Hause from Seathwaite via Grains Gill with Dad and the puppadog to watch the Langdale race go through. Knee feeling fine even on descent - good news for S.A! Probably not going to be on AP for a few months now unless I can get the hang of it on my phone. Sayonara! (Or whatever)

Down t'railway for 12 mins then back.Knee not painful but not comfortable. Maybe done a little too much the last few days? Ice and rest

Potter up Great Mell Fell on the way back from Penrith. More walking than running, both because it is quite steep in places and my legs feel very unfit. Managed to run part way down but stopped and walked when knee got angry

Pottering about at the Hodgsons spectating. Walked from Patterdale to Hartsop then managed to wangle lifts around all the other checkpoints. Lovely day for it
