2 min on, 1 min off. Gale Road up to the carpark, then run to the top of Latrigg. Took 8 efforts to the carpark, hadn't realised we were going to the top so was a bit jiggered by then. Don't feel like I'm really improving at these sessions which is a tad frustrating, legs always feel like crap. But not giving up my weekend long runs which might help
