Pedalling about with Vic and occasionally MMB, out to watch the finish of Causey Pike, stopped off at the Swinside for a drink, then stopped at the MB's B&B to play with the new puppa. If all bike rides were like this, I could totally get into biking ;)

Still got a sore head from sinuses and now coughing too, so a bit of easy yoga

Tried out Lucy's road bike for half an hour (?) but didn't record it (because I was more worried about falling off/crashing). It was fun once I got the hang of the brakes

The "fell run group" - run with Hazel from Wilf's almost to the top of Brunt Knott and back in a loop - quite wet underfoot, but much more pleasant weather today. Then lunch at Wilf's :)

The other groups were "the road runners" - Zanthe and Hannah who "accidentally" ran to Kentmere and "the walkers" - Lucy (ill) and Lizzie (pregnant) who had a nice walk along the riverbank
