Great Lakes fell race. Urgh. Approx 40 minute PB I think? Still made a nav error, but a much smaller nav error than last time

Gentleish spin out round the St .in the Vale loop with Vic. Reached a new fastest bike speed coming down the hill into Keswick - 30.6mph! Great fun

Round the lake bikey bikey after work. Temporarily solved the ring-shifting problem by just not moving out of the big ring. Wore my hrm for the first time ever (literally had to take it out of the packet) - means garmin connect spits a bunch of numbers at me that I don't understand and tells me to rest for 18 hours :/

Trot up Helm Crag from Grasvegas with Partytown. A bit faffy to start with as we weren't sure how to get out of town to it, but got there eventually. Nice evening, nice summit.
