Note

Legs feeling ok but feet quite sore, especially when wearing shoes - easy day, lots of eating

Run/hike (Cumbrian Traverse) 16:30:00 [2] 33.5 mi (29:33 / mi) +3258m 22:42 / mi
shoes: Walshes 2nd pair

Cumbrian Traverse for Phil's birthday with Phil and Adam, with Sarah as road support. Tom came to meet us on Maiden Moor :). Long day out, feet very sore by the end - Walshes a bit tight to wear for a very long day out it appears

Note

Intended to cycle into work from Grasvegas, but turned out my freshly replaced inner tube had gone flat overnight. Parked at Rydal hall and walked in/out instead

Running 1:03:23 [1] 3.2 mi (19:48 / mi) +370m 14:34 / mi
shoes: Kanadia TR7 2

Very gentle trot round Stile and and Barrow with Tom. Legs feeling awful, but it was post-Jo-treatment

Biking 59:02 [3] 11.33 mi (5:13 / mi) +325m 4:47 / mi

Cycled out to Dunmail Raise with Vic for the club run. Turned out afterwards that I had a puncture, whoops

Yoga 20:00 [2]

Working from home, so did a bit of pre-breakfast yoga

Running 1:37:27 [3] 4.8 mi (20:18 / mi) +768m 13:34 / mi

Shoes: old Walshes.

Joint Keswick-Ambleside club run. Legs feeling pretty tired on the climb to Grizedale Tarn, so opted for the potter group rather than going to St Sunday Crag with Zoe and Lucy. Up the steep climb to Dollywaggon, down Cofa Pike, swim in the tarn, then back over Seat Sandal. Lovely jubbly

Monday Jul 22, 2019 #

Note

Pretty tired, compounded by having to go home via Kirkstone as the Thirlmere Rd was shut. Tea, knitting and a nice walk to Friar's crag

Swimming 22:19 [4]

Assault on Yellow Bucket Island/Cumbria flag island complete! Lake was choppy which made things a little interesting
