Note

Thought about Parkrun, but it was really wet, bikepacking light meant I didn't have many dry clothes, so opted for a chilled morning and sociability instead :)

40mins of run a lap of the woods, then half the time it took you recovery. Managed 8 laps, 6 with Kerry before she bailed due to sciatica, then 2 solo. Kerry is an excellent and very consistent pacemaker, I definitely slowed when she left!
