Running 38:18 [4] 4.96 mi (7:43 / mi) +109m 7:14 / mi

Club training. 10 minutes out, then run back harder, twice. Bit of a boring session as not many people there, so running solo a lot of the time.

Jog to the pavilion then lap of the park for warmup

Yoga 28:00 [1]

Right hip very tight and acheing, and feeling generally lethargic and crappy, so stayed in and did yoga

Note

I have been doing yoga everyday but right now CBA filling it in everyday

Biking 1:01:19 [3] 11.66 mi (5:16 / mi) +169m 5:02 / mi

Bad headache, was hoping bike would cure it. Alas, not to be. Every time I hit a bump in the road, my head hurt. Still, nice afternoon for it, and my chain only came off once (but pedal is rubbing again - wondering if that screw is getting shaken loose by the crappy state of the roads or something)
