With Jess. Intended to go over Burnt Hause and Lonscale, but was blowing a hoolie again so did a grand tour of Latrigg instead. Out along the road to the gate at the far side to get the long crap climb out of the way first. Off the shoulder, up the fence line, down the tunnel, up the nose, over the back to the carpark and back up the zigzags to the top, then down the tunnel and home. Annoyingly 2ft short of target amount of climb, but my watch doesn't tell me climb so it was a fairly good guesstimate really.

Just pretty knackered to be honest. Did a fair bit of walking (morning "commute" and then a walk whilst phoning Dad), then a truncated strength session before evening Zoom call/dinner

Run up Catbells from home with Vic. A socially distanced sociable run!! Bloody lovely evening, bit warm though. Straight into the queue for the first night reopening of the Kingfisher afterwards :D

Had been looking forward to this all day, then in the event just felt like a crock of shite. Yomp up Grizedale Pike with Tom. Felt energy lacking, light headed and wobbly, so minced all the descents. Was glad to get back to the car

Yomp up Latrigg with Rhesus (tunnel, carpark, zigzags), slightly longer than normal as went via his to pick him up o n the way out, then round that way again on the way back to knock it up to 6 miles. Right calf feeling a hell of a lot better

Had intended to do the Glenderaterra, but we stopped for a while to chat to Tom's uncle on Stanger Street, then Tom wasn't feeling it so dropped early, then by the time I got to the gate on the back end of Latrigg my legs were tight and I wasn't feeling it either, so opted to go over Latrigg instead. Definitely my least favourite way up Latrigg, it's such a long drag from that side.

Yoga AM to try and sort out tight hip and calf.
Think my blue Kanadias might finally be on the way out :(

Sweated back over Newlands pass to home. Possibly a new fastest-ever speed on the bike (descending) - 35.2mph!
