No RULERs running today, so took Tom on a meandering tour of Marquis Drive, featuring Kitbag hill and "the fishing ponds" that are down in Birches Valley. A few stops to try and remember where we were, but generally pretty steady.

Yoga for psoas mid-morning, hips feeling a bit tight after yesterday

Gentle shuffle up Latrigg via the tunnel and down the ramp. A little aware of hip. New sports bra not compressy enough for downhill running, which of course you can only figure out by wearing it to run. Sigh. If brands could just stop discontinuing things, that would be great

Pedal out to Braithwaite and a lap of the Coledale Horseshoe with TP. Focussed hard on running all of Grizedale Pike (apart from a couple of steps where I had to scramble up a rocky bit due to dithering walkers coming down), which I was pretty chuffed with - 54:09 church to summit. Slacked off after that as Tom had done a big hard run yesterday so was quite tired. Chips in the Coledale after :) Lovely afternoon out
