Loughrigg and Silver Howe from Ambleside with TP. Hip etc. tightening badly, tried to run it off but by the 2nd climb of Loughrigg right hamstring and calf had tightened right up, so was a bit stroppy. Also F*ck the fells have mullered the path off the back of Latrigg towards Red Bank, so it's now slippy manky death path (it's not actually finished yet, so maybe it will be less muddy when it is?!).

Evening yomp on Latrigg with Sheelagh. Up by the zigzags, off the back down the ridge, then turned right and went along the path and back to Spooney green. Did a lap of the block when I got home to make it up to 7 miles

Lower back still a bit tight and twingey, so walked out to the Swinside and back in the PM instead of running

After last night's yoga felt so good, committed to getting up early and doing a "Total body yoga deep stretch" session. Good, but revealed a lot of non flexiness

Lakeshore and Great Wood, with TP to the bottom of Cat Ghyll. Had intended to go up Walla but RHS lower back was twinging and I felt generally a bit rubbish, so opted for an easier run back

From Dad's, over the back and through the woods to the woods on the back of Shoal Hill, lap of the woods then back under the colliery hill. Stomach not great, probably a bit soon after eating. Kept it slow
