Yoga 1:00:00 [1]

Went out to run, made it to the park but my foot was hurting again so turned back and walk home. Annoyed so did an hour's Total Body Workout Yoga when I got home

Thursday Oct 15 #

Running 1:50:14 [3] 9.63 mi (11:27 / mi) +432m 10:03 / mi
ahr:151 max:174 shoes: Walshes 3rd pair

Evening run out and up Catbells and back with Zoe and Sheelagh. All got off work early, so headed out at 4.45 - no headtorches needed! Yay! Lovely evening, good craic, fun had :)

Wednesday Oct 14 #

Biking 54:38 [2] 9.79 mi (5:35 / mi) +215m 5:13 / mi

Early doors pedal around the lake. Have lost a screw for one of my cleats again at some point, so had to pedal unclipped so my right leg wasn't doing most of the work. Nice morning though

Yoga 15:00 [0]

Mid-morning stretchy break after 2 hours of Zooms

Running 50:47 [2] 4.55 mi (11:10 / mi) +156m 10:05 / mi
shoes: Walshes 3rd pair

Feeling tired all day, so just an easy potter down the lake, hole in the wall, up through Great Wood to the mast and back along Springs Rd via Open All Hours to get some milk.

Tuesday Oct 13 #

Swimming 30:13 [2] 0.8 km (37:46 / km)

Early doors splash with Vic. Getting quite cold now, so breaststroked from the jetties to Friars crag and back. Lovely

Monday Oct 12 #

Running 52:36 [2] 4.76 mi (11:03 / mi) +288m 9:18 / mi
shoes: Walshes 3rd pair

Sort of a good run, but quite bitty. Got stuck behind an injured/ill pigeon that was freaking out on the narrow bit behind the park, fell over going uphill and got covered in mud, put headtorch on for descent through the forest but I haven't figured out how to attach the new battery pack properly so that was bouncing, so stopped to fiddle with that too. Shame, as I felt like I was moving quite well when I could string a few minutes of running together.

Yoga 12:00 [0]

Bit of lunchtime hips and core yoga

Sunday Oct 11 #

Biking 2:12:39 [3] 24.41 mi (5:26 / mi) +616m 5:02 / mi

Made some bike adjustments, then had a test ride up Whinlatter. Higher seat was better for hip, so carried on down to Lorton and round to Buttermere, then back over Newlands. Lovely day, bonkers parking everywhere but managed to remain fairly zen and enjoy myself. Whizzy whizzy

Note

Tom did some psoas poking this morning, which hurt quite a lot but seems to have loosened it off quite a bit which is good
