Afternoon yomp with TP as I'm away for the next two weeks. Little town, up the valley to Dale Head Tarn, then back over High Spy and Maiden Moor. My psoas/hip flexor was very tight again so walking the ups and jogging the flats. Nice afternoon out though :)

Evening trot down the lakeshore and up Cat ghyll with Rhesus. Hip/psoas very tight making my R quad sore and tired, so walked up Cat ghyll

R quad was sore yesterday evening and still today, including to the touch, so gentle ride out to Thornthwaite and back late afternoon. Wore the gimp shoes for the first time, gonna be a total winter gamechanger! So nice to have warm feet for a change!
