15mins jog warmup, 3mins on, 2mins recovery, x5, 15mins jog cooldown. On Barrow. Woke up very stiff and achey all over today - maybe a combination of being stressed at work and changing psoas yoga practice this week? (Found a new one that seems to release my hip better, but is essentially just a series of hip stretches and nothing else. My usual is a bit more whole-body). Either way, left glute very tight, neck and shoulders very tight, and just generally didn't feel like I could push all that hard on the ups. HR looks like I kept the efforts fairly consistent at least even if they weren't particularly fast
