"Long flat run, road/trail" was the description. Went lakeshore, under Falcon, Ashness to Watendleth, Rosthwaite and back along Catbells Terrace. Timed it pretty much perfectly. Calves definitely feeling this week's hill reps, and legs getting very tired from all the running by the end

16ish min warm up jog including some leg swings and dynamic stuff (felt a lot better during this session than Tuesday's when I didn't do this, so maybe it helped). 4min on, 2mins recover, x5 on Latrigg, starting at the gate. Really enjoyed this session, was hard work because the reps were long but felt much better able to concentrate and work hard than I did on Tuesday, which was nice. 20ish min jog down (ended up quite near the top of Latrigg), then walk home from the park.

Squeezed these in at lunchtime, bit meh after spending the morning prerecording a presentation (I seem to be one of the rare ones that prefer presenting live).15mins wu, 3mins on, 2 mins off x6, starting at the Spooney Green gate, 15mins wd. Didn't feel like I was able to push that hard but still pretty high HR - maybe just feels different compared to short reps as I can't consistently go as hard for the long reps?
