Railway line, Blease fell, bailed off the top of Blease to the Glenderaterra because it was really windy and claggy, round Glenderaterra and down Latrigg, with Sheelagh. Lovely, apart from the wind

Ennerdale recce from Buttermere with Janie. Up Red Pike and along to the Moses Trod, then turned and went down the side of Fleetwith and along the lake back to the car. Would have been lovely to go further, but we had gone out late to avoid the crowds so would have had to leg it back from Green Gable to beat the light. Shoe fell apart on High Stile, super annoying as these were my newest Walshes and they showed no signs of problems before starting. Fixed them with the elastic from my bumbag for the duration

6x(4mins on, 2 mins off) on Latrigg, plus 15mins wu and 20mins wd. Backed off slightly on the 3rd one as was having some lower-belly-cramp twinges, but happily they cleared up so was able to push on for the 2nd half
