Long-round-the-lake loop, including Walla and Catbells. Busy going on the way up the back of Catbells which was a tad annoying, as I managed to run most of the way up it until I got forced off the path by the hordes. Had to add on a loop round to Applethwaite at the end to push it up to 4 hours
