Westies' Kilpatricks Competitive Unofficial Training Event (CUTE). Definitely not a relay, other clubs just turned up for fun and the prizes were incidental. Due to some last minute team swaps I ended up with Kal, who is good craic but not terribly fit at the moment, especially uphill. Made for a mostly fairly steady run out (apart from the last half mile, which was downhill on tarmac) which wasn't the end of the world. Fun route.

Think max HR is a bit out of whack, we were moving pretty quick on the tarmac at the end but that seems excessive compared to how I felt
