Orienteering race (Bushtrails O-rigen Brown1) 1:28:25 [4] *** 5.26 km (16:49 / km) +220m 13:54 / km
spiked:10/22c shoes: Montrail Kinabalu

08:00 - I found this race a lot more technical than other races I had done and should have relied on the compass and contour features a lot more. Made a major mistake at #12 which cost me a reasonably good finish.

13:30 - Took this race a little slower to avoid the major mistakes. Didn't lose major time at any controls and overall a much better race. #9 was incorrectly numbered which cost me a little time and was feeling sluggish throughout due to the race that morning.

10:00 - Climbing at Strubens Valley. This is a really low crag with the highest routes topping out at only 10m so we managed to get quite a few routes done in a short space of time: 19, 19, 18, 18, 16, 15, 14, 10, 8 (!).

10:00 - Catching up sessions for the FNB Stationary Cycle Challenge. Legs felt pretty heavy after the Bull! Got 448 Calories at an average of 230W for the session.
