At Mogale's Gate. I ran the Brown course, hoping to take a nice long jog as I haven't done any distance training in a while. The nav was mostly spot on, except for a route choice error from 6 to 7 where I took the road cutting away from the fence to avoid climb. It was a lot longer and I had confused the contours, meaning the run along the fence was mostly downhill anyway. And then I just ran out of gas and started seeing spots at 13. Was forced to walk the rest of the course - I should really take some form of sustenance along on these longer runs! Enjoyed the terrain, views and wildlife otherwise :-)

Along the Braamfontein Spruit with Kev. My saddle bolt snapped after 10km so I had to ride back to Fritz Pienaar standing out of the saddle all the way... quite a quad workout! Got the bolt replaced and then went for lap 2.
