Long run for the week with a drag up Rivonia and then back via the suburb roads along the Spruit with a loop through Paulshof to finish. Running with Neal is always going to result in a faster-than-planned pace but still really enjoyed this one!

Lekker run with Nick from the Woodlands Office Park through Morningside and Wendywood. I have a feeling my legs are going to feel the cumulative distance by the end of this week - another 6km and 15km run to go...

Cathcing up the long run I was supposed to do last week. Nanyuki, Bowling, Kelvin, Woodland, Woodmead, Maxwell, K60 & home. Good route with some steep hills but need to run this on the weekend when there's less traffic. Exhaust fumes on 10% inclines can be a tad nauseating.
