Back mobility & pushups (3x15) - what are the chances I'll keep this up regularly for the rest of the hike?

Loved the climb up the Pic d'Orhy - I was in my element up a narrow ridge to the top. More ridges for the rest of the day along the French/Spanish border. Great views, but got a bit hot later on. Camped out near the closed Belagua refuge. About 18km over the mountains into Lescun tomorrow where town luxuries await! :)

The day dawned clear and into the mountains I went :) Muddy to start, but then some beautiful singletrack and a few steep climbs & drops. Camped out at the base of the big peak I had to go up the next day! Beautiful spot :)

Still raining most of the day and a good chunk of it was on roads, so a head down, slog it out kinda day. Still a few steep hills thrown in to keep me honest. Crossed over the Camino de Santiago route and passed abiut 200 "pilgrims" in the 4km section where we overlapped. Apparently I was "going the wrong way" ;) Stayed in a free hut for the night. Clean and large, with 2 tables & a fireplace. I slept on the floor.. perfect :)
