first harriers session after the summer break. very slow, hardly faster than walking pace o the up hill, but nevertheless my outside left knee hurting again :-(

final trunce of the year. had felt rubbish all day but woke up in time for the race. didn;t push too hard, then got left knee pain on the return, so slowed down. couldn't resist a little sprint at the end though when i heard footsteps behind me. slowest of my four times so far.
