Silkstone Shuffle no3. tried less hard than for no2 but still managed to cut 2 1/4 mins off my time! a real measure of my improved fitness over the last 3 months :)

SYO club champs in eccy woods. handicap score event. a good fun race and navigated well, but not enough energy after this morning.

none of my usual group were at harriers tonight, so went by myself up to loxley common and back. really stiff from last night - unusual exercises and totally forgot to stretch, so took it easy and shorter than usual.

first SYO club night; bit of a warm up then a kind of micro-O. did 6 courses. was good fun and I think i did quite well, but they gave all the prizes to the newcomers I expect to encourage them to come back again.
