running warm up/down 15:00 [1] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

orienteering race 1:48:00 [5] 10.3 km (10:29 / km)

eyam moor and some valley or other. the weather and the scenery couldn't be faulted. shame the same could not be said about my orienteering ability. fortunately i forgot to download so there is no evidence of my failures online. unfortunately the rescue team are still out looking for me (allegedly).

walk warm up/down 14:00 [3] 1.0 km (14:00 / km)

walk back from the finish.

Saturday Nov 14, 2009 #

running 31:18 [4] 6.0 km (5:13 / km)

usual 6k route. set off quite quick but then lost some concentration and energy and just forgot to take advantage of the downhills; also walked a bit on the pitch black section.

Thursday Nov 12, 2009 #
