long run prep for next weekend half M orienteering in richmond park. home to stanage pole, along stanage and burbage edge then houndkirk to ringinglow and back home (almost). Totally unprepared for this - not eaten enough, and didn't take a drink - stupid! fantasised about food almost all the way home.
