orienteering race 59:17 [5] 9.9 km (5:59 / km)

st andrews urban race. much better course than yesterday's. more my kind of distance and nicely flat. pretty good navigating throughout i think, tho was caught out near the end when i went to the wrong side of the fence. i checked the descriptions and was careful to go the correct side and to the side that appears to be in the centre of the circle.

orienteering race 20:20 [3] 3.5 km (5:49 / km)

Scottish sprint champs race 1 course A. Not last. Quite easy and plenty of time to plan ahead. May have been harder if I could run faster.

orienteering race 21:00 [3] 3.5 km (6:00 / km)

Race 2. 6th out of 11 overall. Why would you travel all the way from Bulgaria to cheat in a race. Loads of people jumping over uncross able walls. Stupid.
