1km jog to gym. Another 1k on treadmill. Then 15 mins each on hilly thing, rower, and cross train thing.

It pains me to say I joined a gym, but not as much as my toe pains me. I have a small osteophyte on the head of the first metatarsal, and it hurts to walk or do anything that involves bending my toe. I actually can run without it hurting hardly at all, but I am aware that is giving it more impact stress, so I'm going to stay off running mostly and take advantage of a 2 months for £30 offer at the gym. I might do some swimming (yeuch!) and hopefully stay out of the sauna/steam room.
