Park run. 3 seconds per k faster than last week. Need to shave off another 20 per k to get back to my PB! That seems impossible.

running 28:54 [3] 5.0 km (5:47 / km) +80m 5:21 / km

5 k from fairholmes. Lovely sunny day. First time out there this year. First of many I hope. Need to be able to run all te way round, but as I'd already done 5k this morning didn't want to overdo it

Walked for a bit then returned.
