a great slightly longer run from home, useiong trails wherever possible, and adding extra loops and height gain. crosspool, bell hagg, lodge moor, forge dam, whitely woods and home adding a few extra bits to make up to 13k.
perfect type of run for GC marathon training. just gotta do more than 3 times the distance!
