from A57 up to and along derwent edge, past bradfield gate head for another k or two.

and back. glorious weather; stunning scenery, and excellent terrain for my GC training.

home from grindleford, straightish route: longshaw, burbage south, houndkirk, ringinglow, porter brook, endcliffe village, home.

a great slightly longer run from home, useiong trails wherever possible, and adding extra loops and height gain. crosspool, bell hagg, lodge moor, forge dam, whitely woods and home adding a few extra bits to make up to 13k.

perfect type of run for GC marathon training. just gotta do more than 3 times the distance!
