| UCSD-Torrey Pines-down to beach-Salk-UCSD track.
Started fast, included some some hills on the way + at torrey pines+ slowed down at the beach (felt quite tired), walked part of the uphill to Salk, continued at medium pace to the track. Did a lot of stretching.

| Tacquitz-B meet, Red course. I started with a 2 minute mistake on the way to #1 and culminated with a huge mistake on the way to #4. Lost about 6 minutes there. Clean the rest of the run. |
