Training in Mnt Pinos.
Exercises mostly focused at keeping bearings and following a straight line to the control.

Wednesday Aug 27

Run 1:05:00 [4] 13 km (5:00 / km)
UCSD-Torrey Pines-down to beach-Salk-UCSD track.
Started fast, included some some hills on the way + at torrey pines+ slowed down at the beach (felt quite tired), walked part of the uphill to Salk, continued at medium pace to the track. Did a lot of stretching.

Warm up 20 min (slow run). 30 min. stretching, including some yoga exercises. 1 h gym: Abs, back, arms, adductors, abductors. 10 min. strectching.

Tacquitz-B meet, Red course. I started with a 2 minute mistake on the way to #1 and culminated with a huge mistake on the way to #4. Lost about 6 minutes there. Clean the rest of the run.
