Very rough terrain. Made two big mistakes due to losing total track of where I was + stopping too early. One of the reasons why I stopped too early is because I was having the impression I was covering a long distance, while I was moving very slowly through the slash. Didn't take safe attack points to some of the controls.
Warm up in the morning (5 min) + good stretching
Warm up in the afternoon, before the model event (10 min)+stretching
Model event: 1:12:32, walked some of the sections that didn't require navigation. Jogged/run the rest in order to practice orienteering skills while running.
