21.5 pound weight vest (increased from 17#) for duration. 3 sets:
* Pushups w/ vest (25, 23, 20)
* Curls 40#. Each arm (6 reps/set)
* Tricep Ext 40# each arm (6 reps/set)
* Shoulder in / out 15#/arm (8 reps each set)
* Planks w/ vest (60 sec each)
* Lat Pull down w/ red band (20, 20, 20)
* Kneeling Row 45# (10, 10, 10)
* Squats with weight vest + 15# dumbell (30 each set)
I've gained a few pounds - nutrition not optimal and not running. Gotta watch it better, esp. at night.
