Not very accurate, a bit sloppy through 10 and 11 in the grot, tired at the end. Still an improvement physically.

Easy run to nature reserve and around. Started off at correct pace (6:35 min/km) but went a bit too fast in reserve, searching for comfortable rhythm.

Have moved to min/km pacing for consistency.

Meadow reserve canal school

Decided to try a slightly faster run. Found a good rhythm after 10 mins or so, once I'd negotiated the muddy meadow and 40 cows on the bridge.

Mile splits were 9:10, 8:45, 8:39.

Warm down jog back home with Daniel on bike.

Running 1:04:45 [3] 9.75 km (6:38 / km)

Easy down river to Botley Road and back on canal to pick up Daniel.

Reasonably successful attempt to run about 10:35 pace for about 6 miles. Splits were 10:34, 10:36, 10:46, 10:28, 10:39, 11:03. Obviously tired a bit towards end.
