Orienteering race 1:39:00 [4] 5.2 km (19:02 / km) +230m 15:35 / km
shoes: VJ Integrator High

Emit failed after 2 controls. Tough area with lots of climb and wide swathes of nettles, plus lots of other undergrowth. Kept going reasonably well after card failure but struggled to find a few of the controls which were often tiny pits in low visibility light green hung very low. Oh well, good physical training session.

Short run so went a bit harder. Got a reasonable rhythm but couldn't quite maintain it for 5km.
