Course 3 from the sprints. Legs not too lively. Included a stop to admire a relatively fresh bear scat at the site of control 4.

with Chris. Legs tired, and he goes too fast for me. Rhonda did a lot of legs in the class this morning and it took some of the zip out of me. Also some strain in the left glute, which I want to nip in the bud.
