Note

Got a corticosteroid injection in my R trochanteric bursa. That was what the doc came up with after reviewing my MRI. She said it might take a month to really be effective. Meanwhile, it is a bit sore today.

The other thing that came up is that my BP has been elevated of late, after a fairly lengthy prior period of being relatively low, so starting on some meds for that, the lowest dose. Rhonda checks hers fairly often, so I checked mine a few weeks back and it was high, then kept a record checking it every day for two weeks.

In the snow, about an inch so far, still falling, but not likely to amount to much. In icebugs, which were not much help on sections where the snow was on top of ice.
