Rhonda’s good idea to do 5k from PV. Not habituated at all to this kind of running, but it went better than I thought. I was thinking 34 would be about right, and instead got almost down to 32. But hip flexors were really feeling it, and toward the end the L hamstring. So I won’t repeat this for a few days, at least. But something like this once or twice a week would be good.
