in the gym with Eric. Stretching, squats, pushups, hamstring curls on the ball, etc. Tried some one arm rowing and one arm band work, but it was pretty stressful on the L elbow, the dreaded medial epicondylitis or golfer's elbow. I'm pretty sure I got this from pole sawing hemlock branches last week, and maybe it will go away if I quit irritating it. Which I have officially done this morning, stopping the offending exercises as soon as they stressed the elbow. So I'll be on a program of stretching my forearm, self-massage and icing.

Haven’t run here since November, and I’ve been meaning to try it out. It was hard. Legs just seemed weak, which is not all that surprising, given how little I run these days. But generally not too bad in the hip. Is that improvement from the injections yesterday? Not dramatic enough to be sure, but certainly better. Than average.
